SANITARY SEATER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT SL-15 DISTRICT SL-15
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of September 1939 , the
City Council passed and adopted resolution ordering the
improvement • J."61Tilsitcd as Sanitary Sewer Lateral
Imprcvemer_t SL-15, District SL-15
and dir,:cted the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
espenses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a :notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
4th day of October 19 39 , at 10 :00 oclock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement
