SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA:
- That the construction of the following described improvement
is ,hereby ordered to be made; the Ctty Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed ''nder Sections 2° and 30 of
the City Charter:
SR-336 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Indian CreekDrive
from a point at or near the north line,
produced easterly of Lot Five (5) , Block N,
Corrected Plat of Atlantic Heights, to a point
at or rear the north line , produced easterly
of Lot Ten (10) , Block Sixteen (16) , Normandy
Beach South.
Together with a si.x (6) inch terra cotta se'.7er
lateral from the main sewer to the line of
Lot Three (3) , Block Fifteen (15) , said Normandy
pooch South, as a part of the main improveent.
As saidDrive, Lots, Blocks and Subdivision are
shown on plats recorder? in Plat Book Nine (9) ,
Page Fourteen (14) , and in Plat Bock Twenty-one
(21) , Page Fifty-four (54) , of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Indian_ Creek
Drive is named and designated in Ordinance No. 495.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
bonds , interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-336, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-35g.
