Resolution 4702 RESOLUTION NO. 4702
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending, supple-
menting, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations,
restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No.
289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the use regulation of the following de-
scribed property, to-wit:
All of Blocks 3 and 26 of Fisher' s First Sub-
division of Alton Beach, according to a plat
recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 77, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
be changed from its present Use Regulation "RD" Single Family
District to what is known as "RE" Multiple-Family District,
as said use regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289,
as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be
called for the 6th day of December, 1939, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purposes as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance.
