WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of November, 1939 , the
City Council passed and adopted resolution ordering the
imprcvement g:.1.1. as Sidewalk
Improvement SK-94 District SK_94
anL; dir„cted the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specJficatiens of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the incidental
expenses , and the said plans and specify cations and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City ,ngineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall 1.n the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
15th day of November 1939 , at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement .
