H I GHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-219 DISTRICT H-219
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 3rd day of November, 193Hordered the
Highway Improvement , - 19
District H-219 ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 15th day of
November , 1939 , at the City Hall in said City at 10 :00
o' clock A. M. , receive and 'near objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution order-
ing said improvement , and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Leach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ord, ring said _
Highway Improvement , H-219,
District H-219 , be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of $1)100.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Funds
Surplus, the City Council hereby declar-
ing its intention to proceed with City forces without contract .
