RESOLUTION NO. 4724
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-342 SR-342
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-342 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Abbott Avenue from
Seventy-fifth (75th) Street to Seventy-eighth (78th)
Street.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lot Twelve (12) ,
Block Fifteen (15) , Altos Del Mar No. 3.
As said Avenue , Street and Subdivision are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) , Page Forty-one
(41) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Avenue and Streets are named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein pro-
vided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front
foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-342, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-342.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF November, A.D.1939.
