RESOLUTION NO. 4731
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF THE WATER DEPARTMENT TO
MAKE APPLICATION TO THE WAR DEPART-
MENT OF THE UNITED STATES FOR PERMISSION
TO LAY AN 8" WATER PIPE ACROSS INDIAN
CREEK FROM NORTH ISLE OF NORMANDY TO THE
SOUTH SIDE OF BISCAYNE POINT .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA: '
That H. H. Horn, Superintendent of the Water Department for
said City be and he is hereby directed and authorized to make
application to the War Department of the United States for a
permit to lay ln 8" water pipe across Indian Creek from the
north side of North Isle of Normandy to the south side of
Biscayne Point, , in the City of Miami Beach, FlOrida, and to
make subh application in the name of said City or in his own
name as representative of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of November, A. D. , 1939.
