FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
IN% THE CITY ENGINEER TO ''AKE

OF THE UNITED STATES FOR PERMISSION
TO CONSTRUCT AN EXTENSION OF THE
FISHING PIER AT EAST VIADUCT OF
COUNTY CAUSEWAY
- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
.FLORID ;;
That tJ .N.Lipp, City Engineer- for said City, be and
he is hereby directed and authorized to crake application
to the War Department of the United States for permission
to construct an extension of the present Municipal Fishing
Pier situated along the south side of the East Viaduct of
the County Causeway, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
and to snake such application in the name of said City or
in his own name as representative of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS_ 6TH DAY OF DECEMBER, A.D. 1939.
