Resolution 4734 RESOLUTION NO. 4734
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
have been petitioned to consider the amending, supplementing,
changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations, restric-
tions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as herein-
after set forth, to-wit :
That the Use Regulation of the following described property,
to-wit :
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 , 9 , 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of
Block 55; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 15, 16, 17, 1g, 19
and 20 of Block 2 ; Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 30;
North 1/2 of Lot U, and all of Lots 5, 6 , 7 , 8, 9, 10,
11 , 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of Block 5 . , and that
certain alley (vacated) running east and west through
said Block 54, all of the foregoing being in Fisher' s
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, according to Plat
recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 77 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
be changed from its present Use Regulation "RE" Multiple Family
classification, making that portion of said property abutting
on Lincoln Road for a depth of 65 feet , a "BAA" Business District ,
and the balance of the said property a "BA" Business District ,
as said Use Regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289, as
amended,/ and also
That the Use Regulation of the following described Lot,
to-wit :
Lot 1, Block 43, Alton Beach Realty Co' s Subdivision of
Alton Beach Bay Front Subdivision, according to Plat re-
corded in Plat Book 4 at Page 125 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
be changed from its present Use Regulation "RAA" Estate District
classification, making that portion of said Lot abutting on Lincoln
Road for a depth of 65 feet a "BAA" Business District , and the
balance of the said Lot a "BA" Business District, as said Use
Regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be
called for the 3rd day of January , 1940, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance.
