RESOLUTION NO. 4745
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on their own initiative will consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations,
restrictions , and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289 ,
commonly known as Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as here-
inafter set forth, to-wit:
That the Use Regulation of the following described
properties, to-wit :
Lots 10, 11, 12 and 12A of "41st Street Block", be-
ing a subdivision of the Easterly portion of Lot 19,
Block 8, 1st Addition to Mid Golf Subdivision, as
shown on a plat dated November, 1939 , and prepared by
S. W. Richardson, Registered Engineer; also a tract
of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Chase
Avenue where the north line of Lots 10, 11, 12 and 12A
of "41st Street Block" , (above referred to) , extended
westerly intersects said west line of Chase Avenue, thence
run westerly along the said line, being an extension of
the north line of said Lots 10, 11, 12 gnd 12A to its
intersection with the Bilscayne Waterway bulkhead, thence
run Southerly along the said bulkhead to a point which
is the intersection of a line extended from the south
line of said Lots 10, 11, 12 and 12A, thence run Easterly
along said line which is an extension of the south line
of said Lots 10, 11, 12 and 12A, to its intersection with
the West line of Chase Avenue , thence Northerly along the
west line of Chase Avenue to the point of beginning,
be changed from its present "BA" Business District classification
to "BAA" Business District classification, as said Use Districts
are described in Sections 7 and 6, respectively, of Ordinance No.
289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be called
for the 7th day of February, 1940 , at 10:00 o f cl oc k A. M. , In the
Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the pur-
poses as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place and ob-
ject of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance.
