Resolution 4756 RESOLUTION NO. 4756
WHEREAS, there is need for a real property valuation
survey in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and
WHEREAS, it is estimated that said survey will cost
approximately $41,751.80, and
WHEREAS, it is estimated that the Works Progress Adminis-
tration of the United States Government will spend approximate-
ly $28,792. 20,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
That Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager, be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to make application to the Works Pro-
gress Administration of the United States, for a real property
valuation survey, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $12,959.20 be and
the same is hereby appropriated from Current Funds as the City ' s
portion for conducting said survey.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, A. D. , 1940.
