WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS H-208,211,215
216 and 218 Districts , H-20$, 211, 215, 216 and 21$,
havebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of thc City Council will be
held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. on February 21st, A. D. ,
1940, at the City Hall, at which time and place said Cit;•
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Councils
