Resolution 4773 RESOLUTION NO. 4773
It appearing that under date of March 16th, 1934, this Body did by
Resolution No. 2800, authorize the City Tax Collector of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, to receive until July 1st, 1934, offers of com-
promise of improvement liens and lien sale certificates owned by said
City, and did further order that the said offers of compromise be sub-
mitted to this Body for acceptance or rejection;
And it now appearing that said City Tax Collector has received
and presented this Body this day certain offers of settlement, as
aforesaid, and same having been examined and found to be in conformity
with said Resolution, aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, in regular meeting assembled this day, that if
funds for the following offers of compromise for the settlement of im-
provement liens, as described, aro tendered on or about March 1st, 1940,
the City Clerk and Collector be, and he is hereby authorized to accept
same in full settlement of said improvement liens.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said City Tax Collector be and he
