BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice' has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10 : 00 o' clock A. M. , February
21st , A. D. 1940, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the1' acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
