TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF

SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-338 and 343 DISTRICTS SR-338
and 343
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-33$
and 343, Districts SR-338 and 343,
havebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City; that a meeting of the City Council will be
heldt
a 10 .00 o' clock A. .M. on March 6th, A. D. ,
1940, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Councils
