Resolution 4795 RESOLUTION NO. 4795
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami. Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regu-
lations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ordi-
nance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the Use Regulation on Lots 5, 6, 7
and 8, in Block 21, Pratt ' s Resubdivision
(West side of Washington Avenue , between
13th Street and 14th Street ) and Lots 1 to
8 in Block 35 of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3
(west side of 1;ashington Avenue between 9th
Street and 10th Street ) be changed from
its present "RE" Multiple Family classification
to someBusiness classification, and
That the Use Regulation on Lots 6, 7 and 8,
in Block 47 of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3
(west side of Washington "venue between 6th
Street and 7th Street ' be chaned from its
present "RE" Multiple Family classification
to what is known as "BB" Business classifica-
tion, and
That the Use Regulation on Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8,
in Block 30 of Ocean Beach Addition No . 3 (west
side of Washington Avenue between 10th and 11th
Streets) be changed from its present "RE"
Multiple Family classification to what is known
as "BAA" Business classification.
as said Use Regulation Districts are described in Ordinance
No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 8th day of Aoril, A. D. , 1940, at 10:00
o 'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance No. 289.
