A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.
SANITARY SEWER
IIM,ZPROVEMENTS SR-331, 333, 334 DISTRICTS SR-331, 333,
and 341 334 and 341
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-331, 333,
334 and 341, Districts SR-331, 333, 334 and 341,
havebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the. City Council will be
held at 10 : 00 o1clock A. M. on March 20th, A. D. ,
1940, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Councils
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th day of March,
A. D. 19 40.
