Resolution 4804 RESOLUTION NO. 4304
WHEREAS, it appea.re from a survey and blue-print made
by Richard F. Gierech, Jr. , Registered Engineer and Surveyor,
on January 30th, 1940, that a certain part of the building & wall
known as Palermo Court Apartments, No. 756 Meridian Avenue ,
in the 'sity of Miami Beach, Florida, situated on Lots 1, 2
and 3 , clock 72, Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page el, of the public
Records of Lade County, Florida, encroaches upon and overhanJ
the public alley running In a northerly and southerly directi:.r
through block 72 of said Ocean beach Addition No. 3, as shown
on said survey and blue-print prepared by Richard F. Cierseh,
Jr. , Registered Lngineer and Surveyor, a copy of which is at-
tached hereto and made a part hereof , and
WHEREAS, it further appears that said encroachment and
overhang does not materially affect and interfere with the use
of said alley ;
THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED 3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the aforesaid encroachment and
overhang be allowed to remain for end during the life of said
building,.
