RESOLUTION NO. 4807
WHEREAS, there is need for a real property valuation
survey in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and
WHEREAS, it is estimated that said survey will cost
approximately $51, 399.001 and
WHEREAS, it is estimated that the Works Progress Ad-
ministration of the United States Government will spend
approximately $38,429.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
That Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager, be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to make application to the
Works Progress Administration of the United States, for a
real property valuation survey, and
BE IT FURTER RESOLVED that the sum of X12,970.00 be
and the same is hereby appropriated from Current Funds as
the City' s portion for conducting said survey.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, A. D. , 1940.
