Resolution 4808 RESOLUTION NO, 4808
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
have been petitioned by the owner of Lot 1, Block 43, of Alton
Beach Bsy Front Subdivision, to consider the amending, supplementing,
changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions ,
and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set
forth, to-wit:
That the use regulation of the following described prop-
erties, being all of the properties fronting on both sides
of Lincoln Road between Alton Road end Biscayne Bay, to-wit:
Present Use
Lot 1, Block 43, Alton Beach Bay Front Classification
Subdivision RAA - Estate District
Lots 9 and 10, Block 44, Subdivision of
Block 44 of Alton Beach Bay Front
Subdivi sion RD - Single Family "
Lots 11 and 12, Block 45, Alton Beach
Realty Co' s West 1/2 of Block 45 RE - Multiple " "
Lots 20 and 21, Block 40, Alton Beach
Realty Co' s West 1/2 of Block 40 RE - Multiple " "
Lot 1, south 30 feet of Lot 2 and Lot 20,
Block 41, Belleview Subdivision RD - Single " "
Lots 1 and 11, Block 42, Belleview
Subdivision RD - Single " H
be amended. so as to change said properties from their present use
classifications, as indicated above, making that portion of said prop-
erties abutting on Lincoln Road for a depth of 65 feet "BAA" Business
District, and the balance of said properties "BA' Business District,
as said use regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CII COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIA',-iI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be called for the 8th day
of April, A. D. , 194o , at 11:00 o' clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers,
at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set
forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and object
of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance No. 289.
