BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 : 00 o ' clock A. Y. , ,March
20th, , A. D. 1940, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affectedby the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thercof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be andthe same is hereby accepted.
