RESOLUTION NO. 4821
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-345 SR-345
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-345 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the easement south of West
Fiftieth ( 50th) Street, in Block Twentysix ( 26) , Lakeview
Heights Subdivision, from a point at or near the west
Property line of Lot Three (3) , said Block Twenty-six ( 26) ,
to a point at or near the west property line of Lot Twenty
( 20) , said Block Twenty-six ( 26) ;
Also, at or near the centerline of the easement east of
Delaware Avenue, in said Block Twenty-six (26) , from a
point at or near the south property line of Lot Two (2) ,
said Block Twenty-six ( 26) , to a point at or near the
south property line of Lot Twenty-two (22) , said Block
Twenty-six (26) ;
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each
sixty (60) feet of abutting property, as a part of the
main improvement.
As said lEasements, Lots, Block, Street and Avenue are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-seven (27 ) ,
Page Five (5) , of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the .
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-345, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SR-345.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF March A.D.1940.
