Resolution 4823 RESOLUTION NO. 4823
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That we complete the hearings on all zoning change
requests now scheduled or previously held; that considera—
tion be given same but that no final decisions be made
until we have received the land survey report from Harland
Bartholomew & Associates, which we understand will be re—
ceived within four to five months, and
That when this report is received we proceed without
delay to consider requested changes at that time, and
That no further hearings be called for new changes in
zoning, except those before us at this time, until this
Bartholomew report is completed, so that this Body can act
for the best interests of the City as a whole upon a unified
and complete new City Zoning Plan.
