BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o' clock A.. M. , April
3rd, , A. D. 1940, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April,
