WHEREAS, on the 17th day of April, 1940, the
City Council passed and adopted resolution ordering the
improvement • designated. as Sanitary Sewer
Impr.•c vemen_t SR-346, District SR-346,
ana dir.;cied the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of ouch improvement and. an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
espenses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City ::.ngineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and. Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach . a aotice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
1st day of May, 19 40, at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement .
