A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC—
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OFAN
IMPROVEMENT
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-330 DISTRICT 8R330
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-330 District SR-330
has been completed and acceptance of said improvement
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 :00 olclock A. M. on May 15th, A. D. ,
1940, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Councils
