SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to *quest (RFQ) No. 2018 -074 -KB, for
Consulting Services for a Review of the City's Regulations and Processes Relating to
Private Development Projects
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2018 -074 -KB, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified
firm(s) consulting services for a review of the City's regulations and processes relating to private
development projects.
The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on Monday, March 19, 2018. The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established
in the RFQ.
am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Natasha Diaz, Administrative Services Manager, Building Department, City of Miami
Beach
• Michelle Huttenhoff, Economic Development Manager, Tourism, Culture & Economic
Development, City of Miami Beach
• Ines Mato, Senior Management Consultant, City Manager's Office, City of Miami Beach
• Amy Mehu, Redevelopment Specialist, City Manager's Office, City of Miami Beach
• Sarah Saunders, Code Manager, Code Compliance, City of Miami Beach
• Daniel Veitia, Resident, City of Miami Beach
