HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-228 DISTRICT H-22g
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 1st day of May, 1940, ordered the Highway
Improvement H-228, District H-22g, and has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk plans and specifi cations of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement
and whereas due notice by publi cation as required by the City
Charter has been made that the city Council would on the 15th
City of May, 1940, at the �'ity Hall in said at 10:00
o'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented at
the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway Improvement H-228,
District H-228, be and the same is hereby confirmed, and appro-
priations of $13,272.05 for this work and $200.00 for Sanitary
Sewer repairs necessary in connection with same , are hereby
authorized to be set up from Current rund surplus and Budget-
ary Item, 281-M, respectively, the City Council hereby de-
claring its intention to proceed with City forces without
contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, A. D. , 19140.
