HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-230 DISTRICT H-230
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the lst day of May, 1940, ordered the Highway
Improvement H-230, vistrict H-230, and has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City Charter
has been made that the ity Council would on the 15th day of
May, 1940, at the `'ity Hall in said. %ity at 10:00 o'clock ti. M. ,
receive and hear objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement,
and no objections having been presented at the time and place
aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the
City of Miami teach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway Improvement H-230,
District H-230, be and the same is hereby confirmed and appro-
priations of 47,185.20 for this work and X31,000.00 for Sanitary
Sewer repairs necessary in connection with same, are hereby
authorized to be set up from Current Fund Surplus and Budgetary
Item, 2E1-M, respectively, the City Council hereby declaring
its intention to proceed with City forces without contract.
