IMPROVEMENTS H-212,213,214 and 217 DISTRICTS H-212,213,
214 and 217
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , May
15th , A. D. 1940, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented., said improvements,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May,
A. D. 19 40.
