WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, by `►'alter B. Wilson, Realtor,
' Agent for the owners thereof, the following offer of sale to the
City of Miami Beach:

City of Miami Beach, Florida
Gentlemen:
I have been authorized by the owners of Lot Six (6) ,
Block One Hundred Twelve (112) of OCEAN BEACH
ADDITION #4, known as the Livingston property, to
make an offer of sale to the City of said property
for $17, 500.00 cash, closing to be in conformity
with the provisions of Section 26 of the City
Charter.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said offer be and the same
is hereby accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 26 of the
City Charter of said City, and subject to the approval of title
thereof by the City Attorney, and that the Mayor and City Clerk
Abe and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute such
instruments as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this
resolution.
