Resolution 4879 RESOLUTION NO. 4879
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That this body go on record as approving of the
proposed $2,000,000 Bond Issue recently authorized by
the Dade County Commissioners, subject to the approval
of freeholders, for the purpose of acquiring ocean front
parks, one on Biscayne Key and one on the ocean front
north of Bakers Haulover, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all free-holders are
urged to participate in the Bond Election to be held on
May 26th, 1940, and to vote favorably thereon in order
that we might secure these much needed recreational
features.
