RESOLUTION: NO. 4881
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-232 H..232
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
Hs.232 West 41ST STREET FROM CHASE AVENUE TO PRAIRIE AVENUE,
to be paved, and where heretofore paved to be repaved
to a width of seventy (70) feet with a bituminous
wearing surface on a ten (10) inch rock base, and
improved on both sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said street and Avenues are shown on Plats recorded
on Plat Book 40, Page 47, and Plat Book 23, Page 66
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H--232, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District H-232.
