RESOLUTION NO. 4gg3
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Miami. Beach, Florida, the certificate of the
Mayor of the City of Miami Beach, one member of the City
Council and the supervisor of Aegistration of the result of
the canvass of the returns of the special election held in
said. City on June 4th, 1940, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of said City that they hereby adopt the said certificate as
the result of said election and it is hereby ordered that the
same be recorded in the minutes of this meeting as a permanent
record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, A. D. , 1940.
