SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed uhder Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-353 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Carlyle Avenue from
a point at or near the north line, produced east-
erly, of Lot 7, Block 27, Altos del Mar No. 3 to a
point at or near the north line, produced easterly,
of Lot Ten (10) , Block Twenty-Seven ( 2?) , said
Altos del Mar No. 3.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of approx-
imately each fifty (50) feet of abutting property
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Avenue, Lots, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) ,
Page Forty-one ( 41) , Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Avenue is named and designated
in Ordinance No . 232
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest dur-
ing construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-353, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-353.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th DAY OF June A.D.1940.
