SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made/ the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of
the City Charter:
SR-354 The Laying underground of an eight (S) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the easement
along the northerly line of the westerly fifty
(50) feet of Lot 4, Block 20, Corrected Plat
of Altos del Mar No.I from a point at or near
the centerline of the alley in said Block 20
to a point approximately sixty (60) feet east-
erly thereof.
As said easement is recorded in Deed Book .206 ,
Page aV and as said Lot , Block, Alley and
Plat are' shown on a plat recorded in Plat
Book 31 , Page 40 all of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction , legal services , abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting prop-
erty.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-354, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-354.
