RESOLUTION NO. 4914
SANITARY SEWER
IMiPROVEu4ENT SR-358 DISTRICT SR-358
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the 19th day of June 19 40 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-358,
District SR_358, and has prepared ailed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of said Improvement
and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on
the 3rd. day of July, 1940 at the City Hall in said City
at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all
persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement , and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-35&, District SR-358be and the same
is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $96.25
is hereby authorized to be set up from Unappropriated
Capital Fund, the City Council hereby
declaring its intention to proceed with City forces without
contract.
