SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NMIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-359 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and nedessary manholes
and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the easement ncrth
of west Fifty-first (51st) Street, in Block Twenty-one
(21) , Lakeview Subdivision, from a point at or near
the westerly line of Lot Thirteen (13), to a point
at or near the westerly line of Lot Twelve (12) ,
said Bloc and Subdivision.
Also at or near the centerline of the easement
southeasterly of Alton Road in said Block Twenty-one
(21) , from a point at or near the northerly line of
Lot Twelve (12), to a point at or near the northeasterly
line of Lot Eleven (11) , said Block and Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lots Ten (10, Eleven
(11) , and Twelve (12) , said Block Twenty-one (21) , as
a part of the main improvement.
As said Street, Road, Easements, Lots, Block and
Subdivision, are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
Fourteen (14) , Page Forty-two (42) , of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the p2oceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement S±±-359, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-359.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS3rd DAY OF July, A.D.1940.
