Resolution 4921 RESOLUTION NO. 21
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 4910, the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach agreed to purchase
Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Block 112,
OCEAN BEACH ADDITION No. 4, Miami
Beach, Florida,
known as the Hardie Casino property, for the sum of SEVENTY FIVE
THOUSAND ( $75, 000.00) DOLLARS, payable Ten Thousand ( $10, 000.00)
Dollars Cash, the balance to be evidenced by a mortgage and four
( 4) notes, payable in 1, 2, 3 and 4 years, with interest at the
rate of four (4y) per cent per annum;
One note of '15, 000.00 payable September 1st, 1941;
One note of 15, 000.00 payable September 1st, 1942;
One note of i, 15, 000.00 payable Septembeb 1st, 1943;
One note of 20, 000.00 payable September 1st, 1944;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized, in addition to the authorization given
them in said Resolution No. 4910, to execute the mortgage and
notes hereinabove referred to.
