IMPROVEMENTS SR-360 and 361 DISTRICTS SR-360

WHEREAS, on the 26th day of July, 1940, the
City Council passed and adopted resolution ordering the
improvement diesi nated as Sanitary °ewer
Imprcvemen_ts SR-360 and 361, District SR-360 and 361
anJ dlr;;cted the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
espenses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filedby the City :cr.gineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and. Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
7th day of August, 1914-0 , at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement .
