IMPROVEMENTS SR-344, 345, 346 and 348 345, 346 and 348
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH ,
FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter of said
City, that at a meeting of said City Council to be held at 10:00
o 'clock A. M. , July 17th, A. D. , 1940 , it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above designated improve-
ments as to the acceptance thereof, and said hearing was continued
to the regular session of August 7th, 1940, and no objections having
been presented, said improvements, as completed, be and the same
111 are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, A. D. , 1940.
