BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter of
said City, that at a meeting of said City Council to be held at
10:00 o' clock A. M. , July 17th, A. D. , 1940, it would hear any ob-
jections of persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and said hearing
was continued to the regular session of August 7th, 1940, and no
objections having been presented, said improvement, as completed,
be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, A. D. , 1940.
