Resolution 4941 RESOLUTION NO. 4941
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Tax Collector an
offer of compromise of old special assessment liens against Lot 2,
Block 35, of Amended Golf Course Subdivision, said liens now being
in the form of Lien Sale Certificate No. 110, sold to the City of
Miami Beach on August 3rd, 1931, and
WHEREAS, said offer of compromise is similar to offers pre-
viously submitted and accepted as to other properties, pursuant
to the terms of Resolution No. 2800, passed and adopted on March
16th, 1934, said offer of compromise being as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Tax Collector be and he is hereby
authorized and instructed to accept said offer in full settlement
of said improvement liens, and to have said Lien Sale Certificate
No. 110 cancelled and discharged from the records in the Office of
the Recorder for Dade County, Florida.
