SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEM' NT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI REACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to .proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-366 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewerand necessary manholes
and appurtenances;
At or near the centerline of Indian Creek Drive
from a point at or near the south line, produced
easterly, of Lot Ten (10) , Block Sixteen ( 13,
lormandy Beach South to a point at or near the
centerline of Seventy-First ( 71st) Street ;
At or near the centerline of Seventy-first (71st)
Street from a point at or near the centerline of
Indian Creek Drive to a point at or near the center-
line of Bonita Drive ;
At or near the centerline of Bonita Drive from a point
at or near the centerline of Seventy-first (71st) Street
to a point at or near the south line, produced easterly,
of Lot Six ( 6) , Block Seventeen (17) , Normandy Beach
South.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lot Six (6), Block
Seventeen (17) , said Normandy Beach South, as a part
of the main improvement.
As said Drives, Street, Lots, Blocks, and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-one ( 21) ,
Page Fifty-four (54) of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Street and said Bonita Drive
are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232, and as said
Indian Creek Drive is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 495.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of
tne work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR366, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-366.
