SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED PM THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-369 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes c-ad
ainurtenances.
At or near the westerly curb line of Harding- Avenue
from a point at or near the northerly line, n_ roduced
easterly, of Lot Eleven (il) , Block Ten (10) Altos
Del Mar Number Three (3) : to a point at or near the
northerly line, produced easterly of Lot Eight (8) ,
Block Nine (9) , said Subdivision.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of each fifty ( 50)
feet of abutting property, as a hart of the main improve-
ment.
As said Avenue., Lots, Blocks and. Subdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) , Phge Forty-one
(41) of the Public Records -of Dade County, Florida and
as said Harding Avenue is named and designated in ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and .to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of tn.e cost cnereof, including an estimaue of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and otner surveys, tine inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and -
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting .
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-369, andthe property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SR369.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25thDAY OF_ September A. D.1940.
