WHEREAS, on the 25th day of September1940 , the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements .L^si.—1 ted ^s SANITARY SEWER
Improvements SR-363 to 371 inclPistricts SR-363 to 371 incl.

andirected the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvements and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
expenses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and. Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
9thday of October 19 440 , at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution., ordering
said improvements .
