RESOLUTION NO. 5002A
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-375 SR-375
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-375 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Thirty-ninth (39th) Street,
from a point at or near the centerline of Collins "venue
to a point at or near the easterly line, produced southerly
of block Thirty-one (31) , Amended Map of Miami Beach
Improvement Company! s Ocean Front Property.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lot ,our (4) block
Twenty-nine (29) , and to the line of Lot One (15 , Block
Thirty-one (31) , as a .oast of the. main improvement.
As said Street, Avenue, Blocks and Subdivision are shown
on a plat recorded in Plat Book Five (5) , Pages Seven (7)
and Eight (8) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Street is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of _preliminary and. other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and orooer
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-375, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SR-375.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd DAY OF October A.D. 1940.
