SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR_375 DISTRICT SR- 375
WHEREAS, on the 2nd. day of October, 194-0 , the
City Council passed and adopted resolution ordering the
improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer
Improvement sR-375, District SR-375,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of suchimprovement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
e: senses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
he posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and. Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami. Beach on the
6th day of November, 19 i0,, at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement .
