Resolution 5004 RESOLUTION NO, 5004
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That supplementing Resolution No, 2495,
passed and adopted November 18th, 1931, providing for the
signature of City vouchers or warrants, that during any
absence from the City or inability to act for any reason
of City Manager Claude A. Renshaw, that Coincilman Harry
M. Hice or E. C. Dougherty, Secretary to City Manager, be
and they are hereby authorized to sign said City vouchers
or warrants.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall not be con-
strued in any way to void or rescind said Resolution No,
2495, passed and adopted November lath, 1931,
