SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to .proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-372 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances .
At or near the centerline of the alley west of Michigan
Avenue from the south line of Lot Twenty-one (21) , Block
Ninety-Three (93) , Ocean Beach Addition Number Three (3) ,
to the north :Line of Lot Twenty-two ( 22) , Block Ninety-

Three (93) , said Ocean Beach Addition Number Three (3).
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lot Twenty-two ( 22) ,
Block Ninety-three (93) , said Ocean Beach Addition
Number Three ( 3) , as a part of the main improvement.
As said Alley, Lots, Block and Avenue are shown on a
Plat recorded in Plat Book Two ( 2) , Page Eighty-one (81)
of the Public Records of Dade Qounty, Florida, and as said
Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. .
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-372, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-372.
